Today Is The Day

I don't usually put Facebook post up here, however this was a really good one.

IMPART  , a ministry to Pastors and ministers, Left this Facebook Post.

Do you have a word from God -- a promise or some directive from the Lord to carry you through times that seem bleak and barren? It's like an anchor that holds you steady in difficulty or hardship -- when the vision seems to tarry. Don't stop short of receiving God's clear direction and His word for you in this hour and this season. Then wait for it, EXPECTING! Great day, everyone!

This was my "comment" that post.(Typos Fixed)

I was just praying this very thing last night. Sometimes when the pressure is on to get discouraged you have to just declare that, Today is the day the Lord has made. Today I can sow faith filled words into that vision. Today God is with me. Today He has washed me with His own blood. Today I can thank Him for, and offer sacrifices of Praise. Today I can sow Thanksgiving, IN Faith, for that vision which is set for its appointed time. I don't know why this or that hasn't change, my flesh and heart may not like it. I don't know about tomorrow....

But Today I will be strengthened in Faith AS I give Glory to God. I know that what He has promised He is also willing and able to perform!!...END

Psalm 118:24

New King James Version (NKJV)

 This is the day the Lord has made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Romans 4:17-21

New King James Version (NKJV)
17 (as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; 18 who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” 19 And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. 20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.
