The Lord is faithful! He sees it all and still chooses to Love His Children. Imagine if we did the same to the fallen and broken. We see people everyday who are the victims of the devil, killing, stealing and destroying their lives, legacy and future. So many are bound by thoughts, beliefs, behaviors and addictions. We hear about them on the news when they have given into impulses and the flesh so often that the devil has been given access to drive them to wickedness and destroy their lives.

I want to start this by something that we must understand when dealing with this subject. Please read this with this lens of truth on: No matter what leads a person to do horrible things or into horrible circumstances:
Their actions are their responsibility. Your actions are your responsibility and my actions are my responsibility. People have to be held responsible for their actions and crimes against other people, especially children. Nothing I share here trumps that. We need stronger laws and punishments to deal with the wickedness people commit against others. Secular society must deal with the evil cancer of violence, abuse and sexual molestation ,in any form, in a way that reflects the wickedness of it. Protection of the innocent and the victims ALWAYS comes first.
With that out of the way , I will attempt to try and pull the veil back a bit on what is going on behind the scenes. My goal here is to cause you the reader to look at the world with spiritual eyes. I want you to remove all the filters the world and maybe even your religion may have given you.
There is a very real invisible Kingdom that is active in all the darkness, pain, death, violence and every wicked thing you see in this world. The things you see and hear that make you wonder "how can a person do something like that" fall under the sway of this evil force. The bible makes it clear.
1 John 5:19New Living Translation
19 We know that we are children of God and that the world around us is under the control of the evil one.
This verse in context is revealing the two Kingdoms that, for now, co-exist in this world. God and His Children (The Kingdom of God (Light,His Dear Son) and The Kingdom of Darkness(Satan and his evil spirits). I will touch on the Kingdom of God in another post. It clearly points out why there is so much evil in the world. The whole world is under the sway of the wicked one.
That is the lens I want you to have when you notice the evil around you. It is very simple but also very ancient and entrenched.
Why is there so much pain in the world? The world around us is under the control of the evil one.
How can an adult who otherwise seems normal molest a child? The world around us is under the control of the evil one.
Why is there so much war, death, violence and sickness? The world around us is under the control of the evil one.
Why cant leaders of th eworld come together , share recourses and make the world a better place? The world around us is under the control of the evil one.
How can armies, warlords, and terrorist slaughter men , women and children with no remorse? The world around us is under the control of the evil one.
Why is pornagraphy, sexual crimes, abuse, infidelity, child/human sex trafficking and wicked displays of sexual acts for pleasure multi billion dollar world wide scourge? The world around us is under the control of the evil one.
I know what some of you are asking right now. So why does God allow it? Why did a perfect God who created everything allow such a dark kingdom to take root and cause such horror on earth? That is an excellent question and a valid one. Sometimes I think we as bible believing , spirit filled Christians too easily shrug that question off. I am not sure why, the answer is of utmost importance and goes to the very heart and character of The Lord.
For now, I would ask that you put that question aside. That question needs its very own book to answer it with the clarity it needs.
(I highly recommend the book below for those who really want to dig into that question. It blessed me tremendously. I to struggled with the answers I was receiving but Daniel Kolenda has some revelation on the subject)
This article is meant to reveal to you the answer to the question why does mankind and nature seem to be filled with such evil and violence and why does it seem to be increasing? Why is the world getting darker?
It is of utmost importance that we see the world correctly. It is a matter of life and death to many. If we as The Church do not understand the importance of discernment and a high spiritual IQ, there is little hope for those caught in darkness. We can not afford to be ignorant of the devils devices. He has kept The Church , especially in the western, modernized , media filles world, weak, lukewarm, tainted with leaven and blind to his working among us.
He has convinced us that a little poison in our wells is okay and to be accepted in this world. He has deceived us into allowing leaven in the bread that The Lord declares should be pure. He has sold us the same lie with the same question-
"Did God truly say?"
I struggled with whether I should give specific examples here about how many things we have allowed that are causing more harm to Gods Kingdom on Earth, or rather our effectiveness in it, than we know. However, I don't want to alienate anyone. I am well aware of my own eye timbers, weaknesses and the lens of bias that those can cause me to see through.
My prayer is that we can yield all our bias , protective lenses and preferences to The Holy Spirit. My prayer is the He will give His Church, that has ears to hear and eyes to see, clear eyes. Not, open THEIR eyes Lord, but open OUR eyes Lord as your church!
This is what I am sure of. This is what I know that I see in The Spirit and what I know The Lord will reveal in these last days. We have allowed the internal Sin of Saul into our homes, minds, internal doctrine and churches. Meaning we have allowed things that The Lord clearly says to lay aside and we shrug off things He clearly says should be staples in His house.
Please get out your bible and turn to The Letters to The Churches in The Book of Revelation. Read the Words of Jesus and His Message to His People. This is Jesus, The Head of The Church. The King of Kings, The Lord of Lords. The Almighty God. He is speaking those words to us, right now, today. Let that sink in.
I know it may seem like I have switched topics here, but I believe The Lord will tie it all together.
There are a couple of main ways for a person to see clearly the horrible effects the kingdom of darkness is having on The World. I mean to really see beyond the veil and know what is really behind the horrible evil we see mankind doing. Not just a casual understanding that there is evil in the world, we can all see that, but where that evil is originating from and more importantly, what Jesus said for us to do about it in the lives of man.
Most can not face the fate of millions of children stuck in terrifying situations, from the inner cities of America to the war torn areas of the world, to those trapped in even in wealthy homes with evil parents or captors. That is okay, it is not healthy to focus on such evil. However it also flourishes when allowed to continue unobserved.
Some have experienced the results of allowing darkness into their lives. They have seen it, understood it and can see it operating as a thief in the world. Some have experienced the feelings of evil, without being blinded by it, without becoming captive to it.
Many are mighty in the spirit, but you may never see them or hear them, because, well The Church is in large part ignorant of what darkness is up to and how it manipulates mankind. These men and women would be ostracized and judged if they explained what they have experienced and felt.
This is one way a person can get a clear revelation of how The Darkness is swaying the whole world. The type of person The Lord can turn into a spiritual warrior in His Kingdom. A watchman that sees what others can not, or are not able to see and stay in faith.
This person needs The Church and solid doctrine on The Kingdom of God. They need to have a revelation of The Kingdom of Light sewed into every part of who they are so they are equipped to stand. They , when they are released by God, have very little tolerance for compromise, they are not legalistic, they see what that compromise leads to.
I believe we are going to see large groups of these men and women released soon that will go about doing good, preaching the good news of freedom in Christ, healing the sick, casting out devil and setting free all who are oppressed by him. ACTS 10:38
The other way, and this is my determined stand of faith for the days ahead. The Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers around the world will begin to see what is leavening Gods People. They will have their eyes open and their will be an outpouring of Gods Spirit and Wisdom. They will see what The Lord needs us all to see and then be supernaturally empowered by The Lord to equip The Saints. They will see for the first time, clearly where we have gone astray.
That is the key. Not everyone in the church has to see fully behind the veil so they can see all the moves of Satan's Kingdom. But our leaders do need to see where darkness has blinded us to the compromise that is killing , stealing and destroying.
When The Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists , Pastors and Teachers see The Full Power and Scope of The Great Commision and the reality of the darkness and lies it is sent into to confront and tear down they can equip the church to do the same.
Mark 16:15-20New King James Version
15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. 20 And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.
We have for far too long tried to manage darkness, ignore darkness, mitigate darkness or make darkness and evil a metaphor. Satan is real, evil spirits are real, the force that is swaying the whole world and the nations of the world is very real. But! Jesus ! Jesus! Jesus! Jesus!
Here are a couple of chapters that perfectly show these truths.
Ephesians 4New King James Version
1. I, therefore, the prisoner [of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. 8 Therefore He says:
“When He ascended on high,
He led captivity captive,
And gave gifts to men.”
9 (Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also descended into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)
11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the [e]edifying of the body of Christ,
13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,
15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
17 With the Lord’s authority I say this: Live no longer as the Gentiles do, for they are hopelessly confused. 18 Their minds are full of darkness; they wander far from the life God gives because they have closed their minds and hardened their hearts against him. 19 They have no sense of shame. They live for lustful pleasure and eagerly practice every kind of impurity.
20 But that isn’t what you learned about Christ. 21 Since you have heard about Jesus and have learned the truth that comes from him, 22 throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. 23 Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. 24 Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy
25 So stop telling lies. Let us tell our neighbors the truth, for we are all parts of the same body. 26 And “don’t sin by letting anger control you.” Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27 for anger gives a foothold to the devil.
28 If you are a thief, quit stealing. Instead, use your hands for good hard work, and then give generously to others in need. 29 Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.
30 And do not bring sorrow to God’s Holy Spirit by the way you live. Remember, he has identified you as his own, guaranteeing that you will be saved on the day of redemption
31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior.
32 Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.
Acts 19
19 And it happened, while Apollos was at Corinth, that Paul, having passed through the upper regions, came to Ephesus. And finding some disciples 2 he said to them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?”
So they said to him, “We have not so much as heard whether there is a Holy Spirit.”
3 And he said to them, “Into what then were you baptized?”
So they said, “Into John’s baptism.”
4 Then Paul said, “John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying to the people that they should believe on Him who would come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.”
5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6 And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied. 7 Now the men were about twelve in all.
8 And he went into the synagogue and spoke boldly for three months, reasoning and persuading concerning the things of the kingdom of God. 9 But when some were hardened and did not believe, but spoke evil of the Way before the multitude, he departed from them and withdrew the disciples, reasoning daily in the school of Tyrannus. 10 And this continued for two years, so that all who dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.
11 Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, 12 so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them. 13 Then some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, “We exorcise you by the Jesus whom Paul preaches.” 14 Also there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so.
15 And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?”
16 Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. 17 This became known both to all Jews and Greeks dwelling in Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
18 And many who had believed came confessing and telling their deeds. 19 Also, many of those who had practiced magic brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. And they counted up the value of them, and it totaled fifty thousand pieces of silver. 20 So the word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed....
