I was in a hard place the other day. It was just one of those days that the emotions and flesh were gaining ground. Before I went to bed I looked up to The Lord and said; "Please Lord, speak to me tonight". I was asking from a place of desperation in my heart and soul, much like when David poured out his heart to God.
I do not feel comfortable posting on here why I do not like crying out to God in this manner concerning speaking to me in the night. I will say this, that it has been the battle line many times, and I am left exhausted and emotionally spent for days sometimes.......That is as much as I feel comfortable revealing right now.
Well, it was indeed a battle night again. I did indeed had a very vivid dream, that, although it didn't leave me so drained, it wasn't real pleasant either. I kind of blew it off in disappointment, saw some tid-bits of God in it, but, it was a rough dream, so I left it alone.
Tonight during prayer, and seeking God in the way He speaks to me, the puzzle began to come together. Many times I will have pieces in front of my eyes. I have posted on it before with a great picture, if you wish to find it after. Anyway, I had these pieces again, a few scriptures, the dream, the type of resistance I have been dealing with, a news clip that caught my eye, just seemingly random things....
At one point during my fellowship with The Lord, I lifted up, with His help, a complaint I have in my heart about Him. Yes, He sees everything, there no sense in hiding what you really feel in your heart toward God, sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes He puts it there to stir you to pray in a way everyone else is afraid to...Selah.....
My complaint is between The Lord and I, however at one point, I mentioned the dream to Him, complaining, that I wanted Him to speak to me clearly, but instead, I had to battle again.
He simply said: "Look at the dream again", and He then asked me a question, that opened the whole dream up. I saw the Prophetic Significance for myself and, more importantly, The Church in the coming days.....
I wish I could show you the dream. Words are only so useful in things like this, but I will try my best, and trust The Holy Spirit for the rest.
The Dream:
I was drawn into this building that resembled a mall. There was something outside that drew me in, something that pulled the flesh. I walked up to the second floor and was led into a shower with a very attractive woman. I was totally being led by the flesh and did not notice the activity going on around me.
The dream became graphic, so I will obviously spare the details. I heard a man preaching that caught my attention. I stepped out of the shower, I was clothed, and listened to him. I became aware that this place was a type of church. There were men preaching as people were going about their business.
I stood there as I sensed The Holy Spirit begin to impress on me that these men were the leaders of this sinful place. There were several of them standing in corners preaching but my attention was focused on one, as I listened to him read from the Bible.
I knew he was twisting the scripture to condone the sin that was in the place. He knew that the people were distracted by the allure of the flesh and pleasure so he kept speaking, seemingly in the background.
I could tell he was building toward something, the more he spoke, the more agitated I became. He then went from twisting scripture and deluding the people, to declaring that he and the other leaders were above The Word and he declared themselves to Be God himself.
I then began to aggressively rebuke him. I do not remember what I said, but I came against him hard and with an authority. He couldn't seem to stand once he was confronted. I began to yell over the railing, warning the people.
I was now aware that these men had lured people in from the street through lust, offered pleasure,vice and distractions, while they spoke into their hearts lies and deceit, in the background they were able to sow lie upon lie, building up to the greatest lie, all while the people were distracted and deceived by lust and pleasure.
The leaders scattered. I ran outside and found some men in a car trying to flee. At first I was angry with them, thinking they were the leaders of this place, but as I plead with them to repent and not to leave, they would not even look at me. I pleaded with them with all my heart. I told them that I understand what they are going through, that lust was so deceitful.
As I was begging them to listen, they would not even acknowledge me. Not in a rebellious or angry way, but they looked afraid. They were pretending not to hear, like they were to scared to even look and hear what I was saying. I felt sick inside for these men. I tried to tell them that I was once trapped in the addiction and oppression of these things. They were too frightened and ashamed to even try and break free.
No matter what I said, no matter how much I tried to tell them that I knew exactly what they were feeling, they would not even look at me.....they left...the dream ended.
Those of us called to prayer and called to be Spiritual Armor Bearers in The Body of Christ, can not allow ourselves to be distracted by the flesh or the things we can be drawn away by.
The leaders of this false church, felt comfortable and hidden, as they spoke spell like false doctrines into those who were under their roof. All it took was for them to be confronted by someone with authority and anointing, and they fled.
But, it was too late for many, they had been deceived too long, they were too ashamed and too gripped by the allure of pleasure and lust, they would not even look at the truth.....
The Five Fold ministry gifts must be alert and grounded in sound doctrine these last days.
Our enemy is using seducing spirits to draw in and distract many right now. Standing in the place of a preacher, pretending to be a messenger of light. Subtly twisting scripture in the background, so at the time when he feels ready, he can bring a damning doctrine into the church.
Sexual sin and the other sins of the flesh are just the hook and the blinders. His goal is to remove Christ from His throne in the minds and hearts of those in his grip.
I will let the scriptures that I felt led to post speak from here. I know a couple do not seem to fit, but I sense in a short time they will.
Isaiah 2:12-22
New King James Version (NKJV)
12 For the day of the Lord of hosts
Shall come upon everything proud and lofty,
Upon everything lifted up—
And it shall be brought low—
13 Upon all the cedars of Lebanon that are high and lifted up,
And upon all the oaks of Bashan;
14 Upon all the high mountains,
And upon all the hills that are lifted up;
15 Upon every high tower,
And upon every fortified wall;
16 Upon all the ships of Tarshish,
And upon all the beautiful sloops.
17 The loftiness of man shall be bowed down,
And the haughtiness of men shall be brought low;
The Lord alone will be exalted in that day,
18 But the idols He shall utterly abolish.
19 They shall go into the holes of the rocks,
And into the caves of the earth,
From the terror of the Lord
And the glory of His majesty,
When He arises to shake the earth mightily.
And into the caves of the earth,
From the terror of the Lord
And the glory of His majesty,
When He arises to shake the earth mightily.
20 In that day a man will cast away his idols of silver
And his idols of gold,
Which they made, each for himself to worship,
To the moles and bats,
21 To go into the clefts of the rocks,
And his idols of gold,
Which they made, each for himself to worship,
To the moles and bats,
21 To go into the clefts of the rocks,
And into the crags of the rugged rocks,
From the terror of the Lord
And the glory of His majesty,
When He arises to shake the earth mightily.
22 Sever yourselves from such a man,
Whose breath is in his nostrils;
For of what account is he?
Whose breath is in his nostrils;
For of what account is he?
Jeremiah 23:20-24
New King James Version (NKJV)
20 The anger of the Lord will not turn back
Until He has executed and performed the thoughts of His heart.
In the latter days you will understand it perfectly.
21 “I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran.
I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
22 But if they had stood in My counsel,
And had caused My people to hear My words,
Then they would have turned them from their evil way
And from the evil of their doings.
I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
22 But if they had stood in My counsel,
And had caused My people to hear My words,
Then they would have turned them from their evil way
And from the evil of their doings.
23 “Am I a God near at hand,” says the Lord,
“And not a God afar off?
24 Can anyone hide himself in secret places,
So I shall not see him?” says the Lord;
“Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord.
“And not a God afar off?
24 Can anyone hide himself in secret places,
So I shall not see him?” says the Lord;
“Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord.
Obadiah 1:11-16
New King James Version (NKJV)
11 In the day that you stood on the other side—
In the day that strangers carried captive his forces,
When foreigners entered his gates
And cast lots for Jerusalem—
Even you were as one of them.
12 “But you should not have gazed on the day of your brother
In the day of his captivity;
Nor should you have rejoiced over the children of Judah
In the day of their destruction;
Nor should you have spoken proudly
In the day of distress.
13 You should not have entered the gate of My people
In the day of their calamity.
Indeed, you should not have gazed on their affliction
In the day of their calamity,
Nor laid hands on their substance
In the day of their calamity.
14 You should not have stood at the crossroads
To cut off those among them who escaped;
Nor should you have delivered up those among them who remained
In the day of distress.
15 “For the day of the Lord upon all the nations is near;
As you have done, it shall be done to you;
Your reprisal shall return upon your own head.
16 For as you drank on My holy mountain,
As you have done, it shall be done to you;
Your reprisal shall return upon your own head.
16 For as you drank on My holy mountain,
So shall all the nations drink continually;
Yes, they shall drink, and swallow,
And they shall be as though they had never been.
Timothy 3:1-9
New King James Version (NKJV)
Perilous Times and Perilous Men
3 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,
4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, 7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8 Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith; 9 but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was. Revelation 2:18-23
New King James Version (NKJV)
The Corrupt Church
18 “And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write,‘These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass: 19 “I know your works, love, service, faith, and your patience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first. 20
Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. 21 And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. 22 Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their[ deeds. 23 I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works
