Resist or Persist?

Once again a project my son is doing for school is my inspiration today. I believe my son has been given some prophetic gifts in the same way I have and the same way my dad has.

The dreams he has and the way some of his creativity is expressed is powerful to me at times, in the way I see the Lord speaking through them.

To the right is another poster he made. As I looked at it the words "Are we to resist or persist in the coming days??"

When I began to write this I was sure of the answer, resistance seems like rebellion, so my conclusion was: We are to persist, not resist the coming "New World Order".

However the Lord began to speak to me,and  is even now as I type. There is a reason why many in  my sons generation, the teenagers He is grooming for service, have a stick to your guns, resist the enemy,almost militant attitude toward the things of God. They may not get things just right, they may not hit the mark when it comes to keeping away from some sins of the flesh, but like a generation of Davids, they are warriors for The Lord!.

They not only have a heart to resist lies and evil, they have a heart to persist even through the coming darkness. They don't need prosperity to a fault in order to be soldiers for The Kingdom. They don't need plush surroundings and a comfortable environment to serve The King. They are being prepared to carry the torch for The Lord through the dark days to come. They are being groomed to be light bearers for The Lord.

I see in my son and the many teenagers I have observed at Christian Heavy Metal concerts, an amazing heart for The Lord. A rough, unrefined attitude that proudly declares Jesus as Lord, and doesn't care what anyone thinks of it. They don't buy the errors and lies so many in previous generations have. They see right through charlatans. They want The Love and Power of God and could care for little more. They have a heart for missions and hurting kids in other nations. I love it, and it brings tears to my eyes.

I will end by offering up Thanksgiving to The Lord for all those He is preparing in this young generation. All those that we see serving now and all those that He is keeping hidden, so they will learn from him, and then be released into The Body and The World.

My next post will be a dream my son had, with a picture from a The Cover of a Book from Buck Stephens. My son had the dream before The Book was out, I believe the picture he saw in his dream, was a confirmation of a Word from a seasoned saint and prophet, and a young 16 year old that seems to have a prophetic gift.

Hope

The picture to the left is a project my son is working on for school. As soon as I saw it my spirit man was moved, it spoke so much to me. 

He would say it isn't finished yet, that it isn't that good,however I see it as a perfect illustration, yes possibly even a prophetic illustration of the world now and the one we will see very soon. 

I want you to pray a bit right now, touch Gods heart in prayer and then look at this picture.

So many people all across this globe are clinging unto a fading hope. They are crossing a crumbling bridge to an unknown destination that they hope will bring them comfort and stability. But even that hope, even the god given desire to hold onto hope, is beginning to fade in every area of man. 

In many nations where there is no real tangible governments or necessities, there seems to be more hope, than in nations that it would appear have every financial and material reason to remain hanging unto hope. There seems to be more smiling and happy children running the streets, in the poorest parts of the world, than in nations where children have all they need or want. 

Still, everywhere we look there is something or somebody pushing themselves or a product as the reason to hang unto hope. All have failed, and all will fail. This world, in and of itself, has no hope. We are spiraling toward a fiery end, and a final battle, and there is nothing that will stop that.

But this is The Good News, This is The Gospel! There is HOPE!!! 

In the first verse of the eleventh chapter of Hebrews it says; (Header Added)

Hebrews 11:1 

 

By Faith We Understand

 ¹ Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

I have a saying that I tag on emails sometimes that says;

"You can have hope without faith, but you can not have faith without hope"

I want you to read that again:

 "You can have hope without faith, but you can not have faith without hope" 




It is no wonder why HOPE is under such attack, not only in the world but also in The Church. Remember as you go through your day and life, that you are an ambassador of The Good News. You carry the news, the HOPE the world is looking for. 


Jesus came to seek and save that which was lost. He is The Hope of the salvation that the lost are seeking in material things and man. He is the peace they seek, the stability they long for, and again, the Hope they desperately need.


Don't worry about what this denomination does or that one teaches. You be a living, breathing testimony for Jesus and the love He so longs to show The World. Be an example to those losing hope, allow The Holy Spirit to reach through you and give them, what they have been drawn by Him to seek. The Hope of Salvation!!! Jesus Christ!!! Our LORD!

Note To Myanmar and North Korea

If you would stop bowing to fear and use your power and military to love, protect and provide for your people, especially the widows, the young and the fatherless, you and your Country will be blessed. 

I am not saying you have to become like America. I am not saying you must become a Christian Nation. What i am saying is that love is more powerful than hate. The strongest man or leader is one that does all to provide and to protect his people.

There is a verse in our Bible that says that the wealth of the wicked is being stored up for those who will have mercy on the poor. Do you want God to bless your nation and empower your people? Begin to allow your people freedom, feed them, protect them, do all you can to open your borders to humanitarian aid and freedom of religion.

Don't allow one religion to use violence against another, but allow freedom to express, share and worship.  Our Bible says that The Nation whose God is The Lord shall be blessed. Blessed in these verses mean empowered to succeed.

I know the day may never come, but if I could just embrace you, and allow you, for just a moment, to feel The Love of Christ. The Love that God had when He sent His Son to die for the world. The Bible says that God so Loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever will believe in Him shall not die, but have everlasting LIFE!

This may be a note to no one. I realize the chances of anyone in a position of power in these nations and villages, are little to none. But if you are reading this, then God Himself led you here. And if not, then this note had gone up as a prayer on behalf of those stuck under oppression and poverty. This note has gone up to God as a prayer on behalf of the widow and the fatherless. This note has gone up as a prayer to my God. A prayer asking God, the Lord of all creation, creator of Heaven and Earth, who holds the worlds in His hand, to free those people, to break down the gates and allow His Love to reach those behind those walls.!!!!

The Walls

The voice of The LORDS Redeemed
Shouting let the captives out!

Gods chosen, singing in The Spirit
